I’ve been in the online space for 2 years now.

Whenever I come across any Guru's, Influencers, Coaches, Celebrities.

Almost everyone has one advice to give…

Work. work. work. work. work. work. work. work. work. work. work. work. work. work. work.

Just work hard.

Which is very vague, isn’t it?

Here's what they ACTUALLY mean.

I call it the 4 Ws.

1# Work on your Character: Work on your personality few examples could be Communication skills, Habits, Manners, Looks etc.

2# Work on your Finance: Work so that you don't have to worry about anything because of your assets and passive income.

3# Work on your health: If you don’t care about your health, one day hospitals will take care of it for sure. 😆

4# Work on your spirituality: Work on getting closer to god. Nothing matters in this world other than the one above.

Most people feel frustrated when they hear “work” because, from a very young age, work was never introduced as a choice it was introduced as a requirement.

In school, you’re told what to do, when to do it, and if you don’t, there’s a consequence.

Over time, your brain links “work” with pressure, lack of control, and being judged.

So even as an adult, that same feeling carries forward.

It’s not really about the work itself it’s the conditioning.

You’ve been trained to see work as something you have to do to avoid punishment, not something you choose to do to create results.

That’s not all.

There is more things which school has trained our minds.

Things which keeps pulls us away from getting a better life.

This email would get very long if I’d break it down here…

…That’s why I’ve written a 4-min Blog where I’ve talked about:

  • Why you are liked when you obey and follow instructions

  • Why system ruined your goals and creativity

  • why young people are punished when they think differently

And how to survive this problem so you don’t end up being a salve of society, system, and school.

Hope it helps,

Zaid.
