Yo {{first_name}} ,
Look at this Pic…

Mondo Duplantis.
Greatest pole vaulter alive right now.
Broke his own world record 4 times in 2025.
Named World Athletics Male Athlete of the Year.
The internet goes mad every time he jumps over a bar nobody else can touch.
But nobody talks about his training.
When he is working out alone on a random tuesday with no massive crowd.
Just him.
The pole.
A height he's cleared a thousand times.
Because that's just what he does.
(And thennnnn people act surprised when he breaks records in front of millions.)
The truth is {{first_name}},
Most people only show up when it feels worth it.
When the motivation is high.
When you see results.
But when it starts getting boring and when you don’t see visible progress, they're gone.
Two weeks off.
Then a month.
Then starting from scratch again wondering why nothing's working.
Mondo won the world records because he was sweating all day completing boring sessions without feeling motivated.
That's where the record was actually being built.
And it's the same for you.
(I know this sounds simple. But it took me embarrassingly long to actually believe it and not just say it.)
You fall off because you only do the work, exercise, and do most of the things when it feels like it is working.
Consistency on the boring days is the only thing that makes the exciting ones possible.
The results are coming.
But only if you're still there when they arrive.
If you're serious about building consistency with getting in shape, making money online or fully quitting bad habits,
Reply and tell me where you're currently at.
I'll tell you exactly what I'd focus on first.
Or just close this email and go do the work you've been putting off.
Both works.
Hope this helps,
