It was 2022.

A random uncle at a wedding grabbed my arm…

looked at my mom… and said:

“Feed him properly. He looks sick.”

It was embarrassing. 

Because back then I was skinny…

…and kinda hopeless. 

I had been working out for 4 months before that uncle made a quite funny joke.

I found fitness coaches either promoting supplements or selling coaching programs. 

No one had something to teach,

Except a 1300-cal “mass gainer shake” I could barely digest 🙄

After 3 years of trial, errors, and painful confusion…

I finally found something that actually worked.

A simple plate-building rule that helped me gain 14 kg lean mass in 13 months.

I call it the 50/30/20 Rule.

  • 50% Protein. 

  • 30% Carbs. 

  • 20% Fiber.
