{{first_name}},

Last night I was using Claude in front of my friend.

He watched me type for about 30 seconds.

Then he goes...

"Bro why are you writing an essay just to ask AI a question?"

I was about to slap my friend for saying this.

But I said “let me correct you bro”. lol.

Because that's exactly how most people use AI.

They open Claude or ChatGPT and type something like:

"How do I grow on social media?"

AI spits out 7 bullet points.

(Generic and useless to be honest)

They close the tab and think...

"Yeah AI is overhyped."

But that's not an AI problem.

That's a prompting problem.

AI is only as smart as the instructions you give it. Bad prompt in, bad answer out.

If you asked to the smartest content creation guy "how do I grow on social media?"...

"They'd probably say "depends on what you're doing, what your goal is, who you're talking to."

They need context.

So does AI.

Here's what the same question looks like when you actually give it what it needs:

__________________________________________________________

Bad prompt:

"How do I grow on social media?"

__________________________________________________________

Good prompt:

"I'm a 17-year-old building a personal brand around self-improvement and making money online. My audience is young guys aged 16-24 who want discipline, fitness, and financial freedom. I post on Instagram and email. I've been growing slowly for 6 months. What's the most important thing I should fix right now to grow faster — be specific and honest."

___________________________________________________________

Same question.

Completely different output.

The second one gives Claude four things:

Context — who you are and what you're doing.

Audience — who you're talking to.

Situation — where you currently are.

Direction — what kind of answer you actually want.

Without those four things, AI is just guessing.

With them, it starts thinking like someone who actually knows your situation.

Most people skip this because it feels like extra work.

But it takes 60 seconds.

And the difference in output is massive.

It's the difference between advice you could find on Google...

And advice that actually applies to your life.

Start treating Claude like a person, not a search bar.

Give it the full picture.

Then watch what it gives you back.

Don't waste your potential,

Zaid

P.S. Honestly this email is written by AI in just 7 mins,

On a scale of 1/10 how much would you rate this email.

Just reply with the number I genuinely want to know.
