Hey {{first_name}} ,

That’s me in 2022…

Staring at the beauty of Mumbai from a hospital bed.

It was my third visit that year.

I wasn’t surprised.

I got used to the idea that my health belonged to the hospital, not to me.

And if you are struggling to keep the vision alive when the ball isn’t rolling.

I mean, feel like giving up even when you are consistent for months with zero results 😕 .

I lived in that feeling for years.

By the end, I’ll show you how I finally broke through that same wall.

At 13, I used to land in hospitals every 2–3 months because of a condition called “gastrointestinal infection”

Doctors said I was internally weak.

The funny thing is, I was also mentally weak.

I’d heal, feel fine, and then do the same stupid thing again…

Back to junk food.

Because for me eating outside was a curse.

Cold drinks were poisonous.

The worst part?

Watching my moms entire month’s salary evaporating on bills just so I could stand on my feet again.

Seeing her sign those papers hurt more than the stomach itself.

So I decided to fix myself.

Not a New Year’s resolution.

Not a “starting Monday” decision.

Not winter arc.

A life or pain decision.

I threw out every packet of junk from my house.

Started doing body weight workouts.

I didn’t even sip a coke for a whole year.

And after all that effort,

Guess what happened?

I landed in the hospital again. 😫

“What’s the point of discipline if it never works?”

It felt like every clean meal, every rep, every pill was flushed down the toilet.

But I didn’t stop.

Something in me refused to quit.

And as we know every painful story has a happy ending.

(So do mine)

After 2 years I finally got my payoff.

  • Gained 14kgs.

  • Zero hospital visits.

  • Lean Physique.

{{first_name}} I didn’t start my fitness journey to get abs.

I started because I was tired of watching my mom pay for my pain.

If you can’t do it for yourself right now,

Do it for the one who’s been paying for your pain.

Your pay off day is coming soon.

Don’t quit,

That's the elixir of success if you ask me ;)

Your friend,

Zaid.

P.S. This was one of the biggest achievements of my life.

But one of them was even crazier.

The most unrealistic one yet.

I made $500 in 7 days at 16.

(for me it is unreal😂)

Tomorrow at 7:30 PM IST, Look for my email where I shared where I share how getting embarrassed by my teacher pushed me into copywriting…

…and how I ended up earning more than her.

P.P.S. Before you go, hit reply and tell me one thing you’re currently working on…fitness, business, or mindset.

I actually read every reply :)
