{{first_name}},

A few days ago I was working out in a park.

After finishing my set,

I sat down on a bench to catch my breath.

Next to me was a 72-year-old man reading a book.

Instead of putting my headphones back on…

…I thought, "Why not talk to this old man?"

We started talking small.

Then somehow we landed on health.

He mentioned that he’s 72 and doesn’t have any diseases.

I was stunned. 😳

I know guys in their 20s swallowing pills every morning.

And here’s this man… 72… saying he doesn’t even remember the last time he needed medicine.

So I asked him how.

He smiled and said,

“Young people today keep putting chemicals inside their body and expect to feel strong.”

I wanted to argue.

I mean… aren’t supplements necessary?

Aren’t we just “more advanced” now?

But I realize I was wrong.

Because we wake up and eat factory-made breakfast.

We sit all day in our room.

We drink things with ingredient lists longer than a terms & conditions page.

Then we try to fix it with powders and pills.

And we call that “normal.”

No wonder why 20 and 30-year-olds are being diagnosed with:

  • Diabetes.

  • Thyroid disorders.

  • High blood pressure.

The worst of all…

…Heart attack before 40.

But his solution was simple.

Almost embarrassingly simple.

“If it grows in the soil or runs on the land, eat it.

If it’s made in a lab, be careful.”

What you put in your body today decides how often you sit in a doctor’s waiting room tomorrow.

So choose wisely.

Eat real food.

Move your body.

Be the kind of man whose health doesn’t depend on prescriptions.
